Public filings show a prediction market collected tens of millions in fees from Utah accounts while taking the other side of retail wagers. Full Spectrum Sports Intelligence is the research desk that surfaces the edge without taking it.
The structure
Retail users place contracts on game outcomes, spreads, player props, and parlays. The platform matches those contracts against market makers (its own trading arm and outside firms) that stand ready to take the other side. Every filled contract is a match between a taker and a maker. The platform retains a fee on the trade.
From the user side the screen looks like a sportsbook. From the operator side it is the same role: accept the stake, set the price, collect the fee, and pay the winner.
What the filings put on Utah accounts
As of late February 2026, roughly 56,000 accounts listed a Utah address and about 33,000 had completed signup. Those accounts had entered more than five million contracts. Applying the state's share of open interest to lifetime volume produces an estimate of more than three billion individual contracts from Utah addresses through mid-October.
At one to two cents per contract, the fee range on that volume is $30.6 million to $61.2 million. Estimated net losses by Utah retail users: at least $5.5 million through May.
Those are the operator's numbers, not the user's. The fee is collected whether the retail side wins or loses. The market maker is positioned to capture the other side.
The consumer edge
The house does not need the retail user to lose every ticket. It needs volume, a fee, and a market maker on the other side. The retail user needs information the house already has: which legs are priced, which players are active, which sides the public is on, and which grades hold up.
Full Spectrum Sports Intelligence is a research desk. It grades games, filters player props against recent form and lineup confirmation, and publishes the signals. It does not accept a stake, offer a contract, or take the other side. The output is the information the retail user can use before any ticket is placed.
Utah users who want that research without placing a wager can use the desk and its feeds. The numbers above are from public filings; they show the size of the fee the other structure collects. This page is research, not legal advice.
